Located in Ashland's historic railroad district, the 4^th Street Inn offers two classically furnished, spacious, three bedroom, two bathroom flats, the Garden and the View. An easy walk to Ashland's theaters and downtown and with plenty of off-street parking, the 4^th Street Inn provides convenience and comfort. Great for families, friends and groups. Children are welcome. Rent both flats for groups of 7 or more.

The Garden Flat
is located on the ground floor and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a washer/dryer, a covered deck, a fenced yard and a handicap adaptable bathroom.

The View Flat
encompases the entire second floor with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy the large deck, sky lights, convenient kitchen and comfortable living/sitting room.

10% City & state taxes are not included in the rates. City tax increased by 2% on Oct. 1, 2008.

* Off-season Rates: Weekly and monthly rates are available. Rates for Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years weeks are same as March through October. Call for specials.

Deposit: One night's lodging is due within 7 days of booking to hold a reservation. The balance is due 90 days prior to the reservation date.

Cleaning Fee: Cleaning fee of $100 required for groups with more than 6 guests.

Payment: Payment may be made by cash, check, VISA or Master Card.
Checks should be made payable to 4th St Inn and mailed to 1685 Old Hwy 99 South, Ashland, OR 97520

Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to the reservation date will be refunded only if the flat is rented to another party for the entire length of the cancelled reservation. No refund on cancellation of reservations for 7 or more consecutive days or when one group has reserved both units. �A $35 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations.
